According to Lucinda, who is one of the many Lap Band Patients to benefit from the surgery, she is now trying to eat healthier since her procedure and notices she cannot each as much since the band was adjusted.

Lucinda notes that she tried just about every diet on the market to lose weight, but it later became too expensive for her. Those expenses included going to the gym and taking medications to try and lose the pounds.

A doctor recommended the lap band procedure to Lucinda she looks back on it with much happiness.
